Finally, I was able to watch tvN's Melting Me Softly.
A
combination of Fantasy and Romantic Comedy that a lot of viewers dropped
the said KDrama from their watch-list after the first two episodes. I
did not even entertain the said hate comments, I said, I will watch it
irregardless of ratings and critique. Why? This is Ji Chang Wook's first
project after his army discharge in April 2019.
Also, because I am a fan, the drama hits the spot in terms of fan service. Each episode is packed with Ji Chang Wook eye candy and scenes that highlight his visuals and undeniable charm. Such scenes softly melted my heart! Aww!
Nevertheless, I enjoyed the drama seeing Wookie even if I cannot ship
the main characters with each other. Some episodes were pretty
enjoyable, funny and charming and yes, with Hong Ki in the beginning,
yey! Oh wait, I did not even like the ending. Crappy ending.
What else saved the drama for me? The OST. It was pretty good! JCW lent his voice for the OST and daebak, heartbreaking as always.
Wookie, please do a melodrama soon!
